A full-floor penthouse in Dubai Marina where raw concrete meets refined luxury. Double-height ceilings and wraparound terraces create a private sky residence with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf.
Azure Tower presented a rare opportunity: a full-floor canvas 45 stories above Dubai Marina, with 360-degree views from the Arabian Gulf to the Palm Jumeirah. The challenge was not to compete with the skyline, but to frame it.
We stripped the interior back to its concrete structure, then layered in warmth through book-matched stone, hand-troweled plaster, and custom bronze screens that filter the intense desert light into soft, shifting patterns. The double-height living space — spanning 8 meters from floor to ceiling — became the architectural centerpiece.
Every room opens to a deep, shaded terrace that functions as an outdoor living room. In a city defined by its relationship to climate, these thresholds are not luxury — they are architecture's most essential gesture.
